The Miracle Hotel: A Testament of God’s Provision and Leading

Hotelier

The Lord called me, through many confirmations, to build a hotel in Asia. There I began to understand what BAM can do for His Kingdom.

The hotel served a larger vision: taking the gospel back to Jerusalem. Our motive was clear — funding, staffing, and operations, would be done in a way honourable and pleasing to the Lord.

His hand was evident throughout — even when a contractor tried to shortchange us, the Lord moved the local government itself to intervene, and the hotel was completed on time. He gathered our staff from different church networks, and each one gained a skill they could carry into the nations.

Three truths remain with me:

  1. Psalm 37:3-5: trust, delight, and commit your way to Him, and He carries the work through — a daily posture, not a formula.
  2. Unity of spirit — funders and staff praying and labouring together — was itself a testimony to His presence.
  3. Psalm 127:1 : unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labour in vain.

BAM has shown me a business can be a genuine vehicle for Kingdom work, when it is truly the Lord’s house being built. All glory belongs to Him.
