About the Speaker:
So-Young is a transformation designer who helps organizations and individuals stay human in an increasingly AI-powered digital world. She holds a BA with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University. So-Young is the author of Inside Out, which stems from her curiosity and desire to understand what’s on the inside of inspiring leaders. She is a Korean-American based from both the US and Singapore.
